Mission:

​Inspire, challenge, encourage and equip young people to be lifelong disciples of Jesus Christ

Principles:

1. Gospel Centrality – faithfully proclaiming the good news of God’s unconditional love for sinners through Christ.

2. Community & Relational Discipleship– pursuing all facets of ministry in the context of caring relationships and community formation with students.

3. Mission & Service - to serve our neighbors and “the least of these” (Matt 25:34-40) in our local communities, Philadelphia and around the world.

4. Theological Depth -  through biblical teaching & prayer, to feed their own faith and treasure Christ.

5. Partnership with Parents – educating, equipping, and collaborating with parents in the discipleship of their kids.

6. Intergenerational – Integrating students into the entire church body, serving, learning, teaching, praying, succeeding, failing, among all the generations of the church.
